Jefferson Place Dog Park

The Jefferson Place Community is renting out use of their dog park to individual owners of the Harrington Terrace Community. Use and access of the code is a cost of $100.00 per year for owners that are interested. For rental information, please contact Jessica Griffin at jgriffin@clagett.com. The fee for Harrington Terrace (HT) community members to utilize the Jefferson Place (JP) dog park is very overpriced. HT has far fewer community members than JP. I would bet that the JP community members do not spend $100 per year out of their HOA fees for use of the dog park. This space is not high maintenance or highly utilized. Just my two cents!
