The Harrington Terrace Homeowners Association is an upcoming fun and friendly neighborhood comprised of new build villa and townhouse homes. Located in Frederick, Maryland, this development is within close distance to Elementary, Middle and High Schools, and within 5 miles to Downtown Frederick.
